Be wiser with pranayama!

Are you running short of time? Do you find 24 hours less to accomplish your tasks? Well, this is the problem of all of us today. We all lead hectic lives today due to our busy work schedules. Multitasking is the call of the hour. But you cannot do that until you are mentally composed for doing the same.
Now, what will help you gain your mental strength? Well, it’s the power of pranyama that will enable you to achieve your targets. Two types of pranayama exercises are very beneficial for you. These are namely, Kapalbhati yoga pranayama and Breath of Fire yoga pranayama. These exercises offer lots of benefits. The above mentioned exercises trigger the energy pathways and give a tremendous boost to your energy levels. So, you do not feel indolent or drowsy. During Breath of Fire yoga pranayama, do not inhale deep. Instead, keep the air in the nostrils and breathe out quickly.
With time, you will notice that your wisdom has increased and you are able to manage your tasks quite efficiently and effectively.
